A Gem Of A Challenge 9...Sharon's Sketch!....

Hi all! Hope you are all well?
I have had a really busy week with so much to catch up on. With my children being poorly last week it's put me behind with things.
The fun stuff like DT work, and the not so fun stuff, like the housework and shopping!
So a scheduled post from me today. I have decided it's the only way I will get stuff done, if I stay off the computer. Otherwise I will start blog hopping and the day will be gone!
Hopefully by the weekend I will have have caught up around the house and with then catch up with your lovely blogs.
.
Anyway I'll stop wittering on now and tell you about our new challenge over at
.
Challenge 9 is hosted by our lovely teamie Sharon, she has done the following fab sketch with the optional extra of "autumn colours" (red, orange & brown etc).........
.
So for my DT card I have used two Pink Gem Designs stamps; Halloween Mimi and Pumpkin Spot. Polymer stamps have a generous 15% off throughout October!
.
I have coloured them with Promarkers.

I have also used;
.
Fiskars Apron Lace punch,
Pink Petticoat Autumn Blossom papers (I cut the leaves out from these papers too!),
Cuttlebug embossing folder (eek! can't remember the name!),
Memento Desert Sand (to ink the embossing to make it 'pop' out),
Silk & paper flowers,
Card Candy,
Fabric 'Autumn' sentiment,
.

Hope you decide to join us with our challenge this month!

Thanks for stopping by and for any comments you may leave!

Merry Kiss-mas! (Digistamp Boutique GDT Card)...

Evening all!
Just thought I'd show you a card I made today using one of the images from the Xmas Kiss Collection from DigiStamp Boutique.
The image is called Henry and Zoe Xmas Kiss. A cute pair aren't they?
.
I have coloured the image with promarkers to match the Kars christmas papers I used.

The ticket sentiment was a Cuddly Buddly download.
.
I will put this into the following challenges;
charisma cardz for Christmas crafting
.
Thanks for all the well wishes for my kids. Little man has perked up a bit today (after he vomited on the sofa!)
Thanks for stopping by and for any comments you may leave! Sorry for making it brief but it's really late.

Miss Evie Brings You Warm Winter Wishes! (Squiggles Stamps DT Card)...

Hi all!
First of all a big massive sorry as the chances are I haven't made it around to your blog yet this week. I am so behind with my commenting!
As I told you earlier in the week my daughter was poorly.
She is ok, but now my 2yr old
has got it! He's feeling sorry for himself and is very clingy!
I thought I'd have to give my Squiggles Stamps DT spot a miss this week, but somehow I just about managed to whip up a little card this morning.

I have used the delightful 'Heart Warming Miss Evie' digi stamp to make my Winter card.
Also available in rubber right here.
I coloured her with Promarkers.

The colourful papers are Pink Petticoat.

I also used;

Martha Stewart deep edge snowflake punch,
Nestabilities labels 14,
X cut snowflake punch,
EK success pine branch punch,
Snowflake embossing folder,
Raffia lace,
Paper flowers,
card candy,
Craftwork Cards sentiment,
silver Stickles,
Silver mirri paper

Right, better get back to little man.
Bfn...& thanks for popping by!

A Card For My Brother (DigiStamp Boutique DT Card)...

Hi all! Well I'm back, and my Daughter seems to be feeling much better! Nurofen for kids is wonderful stuff!
I thought I'd show you the Birthday card I made this week for my Brother. He will be opening it soon, so it's ok to show you now.
.
I used Birthday Josh from DigiStamp Boutique. My Brother is thirty-odd but I think the image suits any age really!
I used Promarkers to colour him, and chalks for his rosy cheeks. The background was sponged with various ink pads and finger daubers.

I also used;
Basic Grey Oliver papers (my fave!),
Kraft card stock (2x A5 pieces joined at the top),
X cut scallop punch,
See D's circle alphabet stamps cut with a circle punch,
White gel pen for faux stitches
.
Hope you like it. Hope he likes it too!!
Back later to do some commenting.
Thanks for looking!

Hello!...

Hello friends! Hope all is well with you?
Just a quick post to show you the brand new releases over at DigiStamp Boutique.
Not one but TWO offers of the month for you. As always, very cute and fabulous value!
Just click on the pics to be taken directly to the shop.

I hope to have some cards to show you using these fab images really soon. But unfortunately one of my daughters is unwell and off school at the moment. I expect the others will get it at some point too, so not much time for crafting and blogging at present!
I'm afraid you will have to forgive me if I haven't got around to yet this week. I'll catch up with you as soon as I can.
Thanks for all your recent comments by the way, it's much appreciated!
Bfn...Jenny xx
