Hi all! Hope you're having a good week? My children go back to school tomorrow, and I am really looking forward to getting back into blogging properly. The house needs a good blast with the hoover and a duster first though, lol!.
I stayed up late last night to make this card, making the most of the last lazy morning today before the mad rush tomorrow morning.
I have coloured with Promarkers & chalks, then spritzed with Crafters Companion spray varnish. I love this spray as it just gives a very subtle matte finish, but it's brilliant because it seals the chalk on your card, and also stops anything you put on top (such as Stickles or Glossy Accents) from smudging your image! The varnish is dry in about 10 minutes, I then added gems and Stickles stardust.
The papers are Imaginisce Cottage Christmas.
I have also used;
Ticket sentiments (Cuddly Buddly download),
Kraft card,
Nestabilities,
X cut scallop punch,
Ribbon,
Raffia lace,
Buttons & thread.

Your kids are heading back to school and I am hanging out for our Term 3 school holidays that start on the 17th of this month.Two weeks of not having to rush in the mornings, can't wait!
