So dead easy, we just want to see black & white plus one other colour of your choice!
.
We are sponsored this week by another of our very generous monthly sponsors and that is Doodle Dragon Studios.
.
For my DT card, I have used this gorgeous Little Gem With Flowers stamp from Pink Gem Designs. I have coloured him with Promarkers.

The card blank is a 6x6 'elegance' card by Craftwork Cards.
The card candy and sentiment are also CWC.
The Nestabilities are the new Labels Fourteen.
The pretty pink floral paper is by Pink Petticoat.

Hope you will join in with our challenge this week!

Tree Of Joy...

Hello again! As promised here is the other card I made with the Squiggle Stamps digi, 'Tree Of Joy' .
.
I used;
Promarkers,
Echo Park DP's, 'Merry Christmas',
Kraft card,
Corrugated kraft card,
Red pearl card,
Button,
Twine.

As you can see, it's much different to the white card I showed you earlier. I hope to make a batch of one of these designs this year, so would love your opinion.
Which of these cards should go out to the masses??
Both are quite simple to make, as they are quick to colour etc...
.
Can't wait to see which you choose!
.
I should be out as you read this, as this is a scheduled post! I have got to drop my eldest daughter off at her friends to sleep, and then the rest of us are visiting my Mum & Dad.
But I'll be back later to do some blog hopping!
Thanks for stopping by!

I'm Dreaming Of A White Christmas...

Hi all! Wow, the weekend again already, so time for my Squiggles Stamps design team creation!
.
I was very pleased this week when Tracy sent me this fabulous new 'Tree Of Joy' digistamp by Orange Bird Studios. Although it's fun to colour all of those cute images out there, some of my Christmas card recipients just don't do cute, so this image would be perfect for them.
I thought I'd make a start straight away.
.

I've made a contemporary card which is completely white except for a splash of pastel Promarkers on the image.
.
The actual card shape is really easy to do. It's just a sheet of A4 card with 3 folds.
.
The papers, sentiment, and card candy are all Craftwork cards.
The Nestabilities I used are 'labels seventeen'. I also used Gemstones cardstock, my Martha Stewart zig zag embossing punch, snowflake punches, and some self adhesive pearls.
.

I made this to enter into the following challenges..............
I LOVE PROMARKERS....white on white
COLOUR CREATE........all white
Charisma Cardz.......anything goes
ALLSORTS.....plain & simple
.
I also made another quite different card with this digi, that I will show you later.
I think this image is fantastic as a digi. I might print it out really large for my next card, so it fills the whole of an A5 card or something, and then go to town on the baubles and decorations. However if you prefer regular stamps this will also be available in rubber in the near future.
~
Have you checked out our 'Anything Goes' September challenge yet?? With a fabulous £30 prize to spend instore, you'd be a fool to not have a go. Just think how many stamps or digis that will get you! You will need to use a Squiggles image to enter the competition. Digis are available from just 99p, and can be downloaded straight away. So why not pop over to the store and see if anything takes your fancy?
Don't forget you can find lots of Squiggles inspiration on the Squiggles blog.
.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
I'll be back later to show you my other card and to catch up on all your blogs too.

I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles...

Hi all...hope you're having a good week?
.
Today's card is my entry for the latest challenge over at the Sugar Bowl, a fantastic sketch by Lilian with the theme of ''birthday card''.
.
I have used the super cute 'Bubbles' stamp which I got here.
.
I coloured her with Promarkers. For the bubbles I used some little self adhesive semi transparent dots and carried them on beyond the image, circling each one with a brown Copic fine liner pen, to make them stand out.

The papers are Papermania Rose Garden.
I also used my new Lacey Nestabilities from Pink Gem Designs. Unfortunately Janet has now sold out but hopes to get some more in soon. If you pop over to the website, there is an option to be notified when they are back in stock.

The card blank is an 8x8 elegance one from Craftwork Cards.
I also used flowers, pink tulle and a Craftwork Cards sentiment that I made into a tag using a jump ring.

I will also put this into the following challenges...........
Charisma Cards.....anything goes
Pollycraft.......cute & cuddly
Spoon full Of Sugar.......anything goes
Secret Crafter.......anything goes
.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and for any comments you may leave!

Fab'n'Funky Challenge #41, ''Quote Me Happy'' & DigiStamp Boutique DT Card...

Hi all, hope you're having a good week?
I'm in a great mood today, as I came top 5 in the Passion For Promarkers challenge with my red & white Lulabelle card. Nothing like a challenge win to perk you up and make you feel it's all worth while. I sometimes wonder why I sit fiddling around with bits of paper all day!
.
Well it's Wednesday again (don't the weeks go by so quickly?!)......so time for a brand new challenge at
This week's challenge is called 'Quote Me Happy' and we are sponsored by Fred She Said.

Now this weeks theme may seem a little tricky but what it's actually designed to do is for you to use an item that you probably haven't used in ages . . . your "long" sentiment stamps or digi phrases . . or even your own phrases, verses, proverbs, etc....
Maybe you could make the verse the focal point on the front of the card, or print out a quirky one liner to go with one of your digis/stamps. You get the picture?
Plenty of inspiration over on the challenge blog. We have our lovely new teamies joining us for this challenge too. They have made some fabulous cards. Please take a look.
.
I used this cute little 'Birdie Sing Song' digi from DigiStamp Boutique, and printed out my saying 'Birds of a feather will flock together...' to go with it.

Ingredients are;
Promarkers,
kraft card
DCWV Green stack,
Eyelet Nestabilities,
Ric rac,
Buttons,
Ribbon.
~
Thanks so much for stopping by.
Look forward to seeing what you come up with this week for our challenge!

Hi all! Hope you had a good weekend?....and can I say a big 'thank you' for all of the wonderful comments you left me over the weekend too.
So on to today's card, a DT card for Pink Gem Designs.
This fab stamp I used is called Goth Kaya.
.
I coloured her with Promarkers, which are still on special offer at Pink Gem.
Also from Pink Gem Designs, I have used Nestabilities Labels 10, (£1 off these at the moment!!)
.
For my card I have used Janet's fab sketch from our current challenge over on the challenge blog .
Janet would also like to see lots of sparkle on your entries.
I blinged up these black paper flowers with lots of Diamond Black Stickles, and added some sparkly stars.
.
Still lots of time to join in with our challenge if you haven't already.
.

The papers were from my scraps box, but are Pink Petticoat and Craftwork Cards.
The swirl is a Sizzlits die.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

I coloured her with Promarkers.
.
I also used;
Cuttlebug Devine Swirls folder,
Marianne D ribbon threading die.
Craftwork Cards elegance card blank & candy.

.
I used a cream 6x6 Craftwork Cards Elegance card blank.
The lush papers are Basic Grey Jovial.
I had a play with my new Eyelet Nestabilities from Pink Gem Designs for the matting and layering.
The ticket sentiment is a Cuddly Buddly download.
.
I will also enter this into FUSSY & FANCY for Christmas colours.
.

Gifts Galore!...

Hi all! It's Saturday and so time for my weekly Squiggle Stamps creation, along with my post over on their blog.
Today I decided to use this lovely 'Gift's Galore' stamp from the Lilliput's range, available in rubber right here.

It was the perfect excuse to use my new Basic Grey 'Pyrus' papers and Eyelet Nestabilities.
I used Promarkers to colour her.

I also used;
6x6 Craftwork Cards elegance card blank,
Martha Stewart zig-zag punch,
Brads, flowers, tag & ribbon from stash.

Have you checked out our Squiggles Stamps 'Anything Goes' September challenge yet?? With a fabulous £30 prize to spend instore, you'd be a fool to not have a go. Just think how many stamps or digis that will get you! You will need to use a Squiggles image to enter the competition. Digis are available from just 99p, and can be downloaded straight away. So why not pop over to the store and see if anything takes your fancy?
.

Fab'n'Funky Challenge #40 & The Sugar Bowl Sweetie Search....

Well....I'm back with my DT card!
This week at Fab'n'Funky we have a beautiful photograph that we would like you to take inspiration from when making your project. You can see the photo and enter the challenge here.
.
I am also entering my card into the Sugar Bowl Sweetie Search.
I have used the sketch from the DT call. I have been collecting Sugar Nellie stamps since they first began a few years ago, and now have over a hundred...I love them to bits....so I guess you could say I'm a bit of a sugar addict...lol!
.
I have been in two minds if I should enter or not, as I know I am up against stiff competition. There is some real talent out there. But I thought 'what the heck!'....give it a shot. Nothing to lose! Just in the nick of time too, the call ends in less than 2 days.
~
More of my Sugar Nellie creations can be found here.
.
This gorgeous stamp is called ''Wild Rose'' by Leanne Ellis, and is available here.
I stamped her with Memento Rich Cocoa, and coloured her with promakers. The background was lightly sponged with pigments inks. I find pigment inks easier to sponge as they stay wetter for longer, so you can move them around on the paper a bit more easily.
.
I HAVE ALSO USED...........
Crfatwork Cards 8x8 elegance card balnk & card candy,
Blueberry Hill papers,
Nestabilities Labels 17,
Martha Stewart butterfly punch & stamp,
EK success Ivy border punch,
Marianne Design flower dies,
Whimsy Ticket Sentiment stamps,
Sizzlits swirl die,
Ribbon & buttons.
.

Thank you for stopping by blogging friends!

Promise to catch up with you all soon now I am feeling a bit more lively!
