Long Time No Blog....

Hi friends! So sorry for the lack of blogging just lately. It's the school hols....say no more!
I hope to make it up to you all soon though, and offer some '400 followers candy'....just need to sort out a few more goodies for you first.

This is a card I've been working on for over a week. I've had so little crafty time just lately!

The sweet little girl in the image is Janet's Grandaughter Mia. Janet made her into a digi, and I was happy to have a play! I used Copics to colour her. I added a little resin cabochon flower (ebay) to her hair. The sweet sentiment is from Pink Gem Designs.

The papers are Crate Paper 'Random' from Crafty Emma's Store. Big congrats to Emma & Steve by the way, who's little girl Olivia came into the world last weekend! Some lovely pics HERE.

I also used;
Martha Stewart border punch,
Spellbinders nesties - Pink Gem Designs,
Brads - Eyelet Outlet,
Seam Binding,
Flowers - From stash & Crafty Emma's Store,
Stardust Stickles.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.
Once again, sorry for being a bad blogger. Promise to catch up with you all as soon as I can.

I used this adorable baby Ellie image from DigiStamp Boutique. Isn't she cute?...and she comes with an equally adorable 'boy' version too called Fynn. I paper pieced her and also used Copics, then a bit of decoupage.

From Crafty Emma's fab store I used a shaped card blank, buttons, pearls and Baker's Twine. You can grab a massive 20% off at the moment, but you must enter the code SALE20 at the checkout.....and please remember to allow extra time for your orders in case baby makes an entrance.

Other Ingredients;

Halloween Sale...

Evening all! Just thought I'd better pop on here to say 'hello' as I've been AWOL all week. It's been one of those weeks with lots going on, and also very sadly a sudden bereavement on my Husband's side of the family, so I haven't really felt very creative this week. Sorry for my lack of visits too....hopefully I'll catch up soon!

Just over a week to Halloween, and Pink Gem Designs have a fab offer on at the moment with 25% OFF HALLOWEEN PRODUCTS. You can click HERE to shop.

Well I'll love ya and leave ya now until the morning when I will have something to share at last!
Big hugs,

A Gem Of A Challenge ''With Love At Christmas'' & CES Challenges ''Totally Gorgeous/Pretty Girls''...

Hi all. Another week gone by and once again sorry for not being around much in blogland. Have you ever had one of those runs of bad luck when everything seems to break or go wrong?? It's been one thing after another.... plumbing problems, a flat tyre, now my blinking oven's given up on me! A freezer full of food I can't cook, and four ravenous kids lol! I will be blogging more soon though, I promise, as little man goes full time from Monday. I am a little sad though.......but he's having lots of fun in his new nursery class and is making friends. He has been stopping for lunch this week and thankfully he's not a fussy eater and has been enjoying the school meals. Just as well with my broken oven!

So here I am with my Pink Gem & CES Challenges DT card rolled into one!

First at A Gem Of A Challenge it's my turn to host once again and my theme is....

''With Love At Christmas''

So I would like to see a heart/hearts featured on a Christmas card please!

6 Pink Gem Designs digis up for grabs for our lucky winner!

This adorable Pink Gem stamp is called 'Ellie With Gift - New Version' She was very popular last year, so Janet has given her a revamp and released her once again. She is available HERE over at Pink Gem Designs. I coloured her using my Copics.

The fab PGD Postmark Sentiment Stamp has been stamped with Rich Cocoa Memento. I think these are so useful as you can just stamp them directly onto your finished project for an instant sentiment...no need to mount and faff!

Meanwhile over at CES Challenges, Shell has picked our theme....

''Totally Gorgeous - Pretty Girls''

I have used lots of lovely goodies from Crafty Emma's Store on my DT card, including some fab 'Holly Jolly' Echo Park papers, wooden button, bakers twine and pretty cherry blossom.......why not treat yourself too? Emma has a whopping 20% off  SALE on at the moment. Please quote SALE20 in the relevant box at the checkout to qualify for the discount.

The winner of this weeks challenge will receive a fab Whiff Of Joy rubber stamp.

Other Ingredients;
Postage Stamp Nestabilities - Pink Gem Designs,
Martha Stewart zig-zag punch,
Memory Box elegant scroll die - Oyster Stamps,
Twinklets, applied onto the flowers using Anita's Tacky Glue,
Dark brown card,
Ribbon from stash.

I think that's about it! Hopefully oven should be fixed today if 'oven mendy man' turns up!
Thanks so much for popping by!
