Phew!...Can Access My Blog Now!...

Hi all. I have been a bit freaked out today as my computer would not let me access my own blog! Whenever I tried a warning would pop up saying my blog contained Malware content from another blog (a blog that I follow that was on the blog list in my sidebar). Seems I'm not the only one who's had this problem with their blog today. So for now I've had to delete my blog list sorry, but will try to add it again tomorrow. But it's done the trick, I can now access my blog. All is scanned and fine. Sorry if you tried to visit my blog and also had this scary warning. All is fine now...promise! xx

CES Challenge #53 ~ Make It Magical Or Spooky!...

Hi all. Time for a new challenge over at CES Challenges. This week we want you to make it ....

Magical Or Spooky!

So I went for 'magical'......it gave me a great excuse to ink up my new Sugar Nellie Titania stamp.
I used my Memento London Fog Ink pad for a softer look.
I coloured her with Copics and 'out of the boxed' her with my nesties....but yikes!....I accidentally cut one of her jingle bells from her feet. Fear not...I decided to give her a pair of real jingle bells instead!

I used the latest sketch over at the Sugar Bowl, with a theme of 'use your scraps'.

Other Ingredients;

MME Vanity Fair papers (Crafty Emma's Store),
On The Edge Card Blank & adhesive gems also from Crafty Emma's Store,
Tulle,
Spellbinders Grommet Tags,
Spellbinders Iron Works Motifs,
Scalloped Nesties (Pink Gem Designs),
Corrugated card,
Stickles,
And the 'Magic' sentiment stamp is from an old See D's set.

Hope you'll join us this week. A £10 voucher up for grabs as always for one lucky winner!
Please do check out the other gorgeous DT makes.

Hopefully back later with some holiday snaps.
Thanks so much for popping by!

LOTV Challenge...

Hi all! Thanks for bearing with me this week whilst I've been busy with the holiday aftermath. I'm getting on top of things now, so hopefully I'll soon be back up to full speed with my blogging and be able to visit you more. I think I left my mojo on holiday but earlier this week I had to make a commission I'd promised to do. Then I found an ace sketch by Pops over on the Lili Of The Valley Challenge blog, and this card kind of fell into place quite quite easily (thanks Pops). HOWEVER......I am too late to enter my card for that chall now, so will enter it into their current 'Missing You' challenge. I hope it's fits....lol.....long distance love maybe?.....

So of course this cute stamp is from Lili Of The Valley, and I coloured it with my Copics.

Other Ingredients;

Authentique papers - 'Uncommon' (Crafty Emma's Store),
Tulle flowers (Joanna Sheen),
Wooden Shapes (Quixotic Paperie)
Wooden Words (The Works),
Heart Nesties (Pink Gem Designs),
X Cut Scallop Punch,
Stickles,
Lace.

Many thanks for looking!

I'm Back!..

Hi all. Just a quickie to let you know I'm back from my hols but won't be blogging just yet sorry! We arrived home to a flood. A pipe had been leaking under the kitchen sink while we were away leaving our cupboard wet and warped, and all it's contents very saturated! We have to get a plumber to it asap but have a washing up bowl catching the drips for now.  I still have so much washing to get through and have spent much of today scrubbing out the car. My 3yr old was sick just as we pulled up into the driveway....literally as soon as the hand brake went on! If only he could have waited a few more moments! OMG!...there was so much of it...how can it go so far and in all directions?!

The holiday it's self was great! We did so much including The Pleasure Beach (Nickelodeon Land), The Blackpool Tower Circus, Madame Tussuad's, Blackpool Zoo....and we were first up to the new Tower Eye on it's opening day. We were also there for the lights switch on by Keith Lemon.  I have photo's....lots of photo's but haven't had time to upload yet. Just taking a quick five minutes break before I put another load of washing in. Also need to get all the bits and pieces ready for school before Wednesday when the kids go back. Then my little man also starts a week tomorrow. It's come around so fast and I feel a little sad, but I'm looking forward to some much needed 'me' time and the fact that I won't be brain washed by 'The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse' 24/7.....grown ups telly at last!

A MASSIVE thanks for all the lovely comments you left me while I was away :-)
You're all so kind. I've had a quick read through but will sit down and read them properly as soon as I can, and visit you back. Hello & welcome to my new followers too!

EDITED TO ADD; I almost forgot to tell you about the tremendous pain I'm in (I'd actually forgotten until I tried to get up from my computer chair!) I thought it would be a good idea to take my girls to the Ice Skating Arena on the last day. I seem to remember being quite good at this 20 years ago! Goodness me...BAD idea!! I ache from head to toe. Even my earlobes hurt (I kid you not) I fell on my bum and my knees like a sack of spuds......with that and trying to keep my girls upright every muscle in my body is aching! I feel like I've been used as a football. I have new found admiration for the washed up celebs of Dancing On Ice!

I'll be back in the land of blogging as soon as I can.
   Thanks for visiting!
