Simple Daisy (Crafts & Me Challenge)...

Hi all!
Hope you've had a good weekend? It's been chucking it down all day here!
So I haven't set foot out of the house, so had a crafty day instead. I really enjoyed making this card. I really love my 'Daisy' stamp from funky kits, and fancied inking her up. She is a joy to colour.
I stamped her onto smooth white card with Memento rich cocoa ink. I then cut her using Nestabilities Labels 1. Before I took her out of the die, I used my sponge finger dauber to colour the background with sky blue pigment ink. I cut another shape from white linen card and used the finger dauber again, this time with umber pigment ink.
I then used Promarkers to colour Daisy. I added detail with my white Signo gel pen.
Then I folded a piece of kraft card to make an A6 size card with the fold at the top though, and used white & umber pigment inks to stamp along the bottom. The stamp I used is a little Imaginisce clear stamp. It was only 99p!

The rest is self explanatory I think. Ribbon, button, twine, brad & plastic 'friend' sentiment.

Hope you like my card as much as I enjoyed making it! I am putting it into the Crafts & Me challenge - Friends & Family.

Thanks for stopping by!
Jenny xx

I LOVE how your "Daisy" card came out and LOVE the idea of stamping her in a brown ink. It's stunning and something I may try the next time I stamp her for a card.

She is one of MY favorite stamps and like you I recently bought it at Funky Kits and was thrilled to find it there! I also recently added some of Elisabeth's new Digi Stamp sand they are fabulous!

You are always so sweet and leave me such nice comments! Thank you and I'm happy to now have had a chance to come by and visit your wonderful blog!

You have amazing talent and I LOVE all your creations!!

Hugs,
LISA
